Rain Rolls is a bakery rooted in a simple idea: great crescent rolls come from great conditions. Our founder, originally from the Pacific Northwest, grew up in a climate where steady rain and natural humidity were part of everyday life—conditions that just happen to be ideal for baking.

When she set out to perfect her recipe, she realized that recreating those environmental factors was key. That’s why every Rain Roll is made in a precisely controlled space where humidity and temperature are carefully managed to reflect the atmosphere of the Northwest. This allows the dough to rise at the right pace, resulting in soft, layered rolls with a distinct texture and depth of flavor.

Our process is intentional. The environment is designed, not improvised. And the result is something that feels simple—but tastes like nothing else.
